What Is the Smartest City in America?
If you take into consideration all four factors — the percent of people who have less than a high school diploma, the percent of high school graduates, the percent with some college, and the percent with a bachelor’s degree or more — then Corvallis, Oregon is the most educated city in the U.S. By weighing all four factors, we can judge every aspect of the population, not just focusing on those with college degrees. Corvallis is also ranked first for cities with at least a high school diploma and second for cities with the most people with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
